Christmas closing dates and our delivery information

Cut of dates for Christmas delivery:

 

United Kingdom:

For UK standard delivery the last day you can place your order with us is Saturday the 18th December. This will allow us enough time to dispatch your order in time for the big day. 

Orders placed after this date where you have selected UK standard delivery will be shipped via our usual 1-3 working day dispatch, so we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. 

Express UK shipping will be available up until the Tuesday 21st December. This will be the last day we will be processing any orders before Christmas. 

International worldwide shipping:

The last day we can except orders for international shipping is Tuesday 14th December. Any order placed after this date may not reach you in time. 

Closing dates:

We are closed from the 24th December - 29th December. During this time we will not be here to answer any customer queries, all will be replied to when we return.

The above dates have been advised by the Royal Mail and we still cannot guarantee delivery will reach you in time and that delays may not be experienced.

Try to order as early as you can.
